Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation policy applies when bookings are made through the website. A copy of the cancellation policy will be available on our website and will also be sent as part of the booking confirmation.

You are required to comply with the cancellation policy.

If you cancel a booking you will only be eligible to a refund in accordance with the terms of this statement; you will not be entitled to a refund for cancellation in any other case.

Booking cancellation fees;

Within 24hours NO REFUND

1-4 days 25% refund

5-9 days 50% refund

10-19 days 75 % refund

20+ days full refund

Refunds will be made to the card or person making the booking. The normal refund period is 48 hours, but additional time should be allowed for public holidays, weekends or such circumstances outwith the control of the provider or the meeting room@ Kirkhill.
